Casolare Extra Virgin Olive Oil is naturally unfiltered and has the classic “cloudy”and “bleary”look due to microscopic droplets of water naturally contained in the olive fruit. This unfiltered product contains more polyphenols than the corresponding filtered product. Its distinctive sensory characteristics contribute to a balanced flavour profile with softer spicy and bitter notes. Just few extra virgin olive oils obtained, from highest selected cultivar, can become an unfiltered extra virgin olive oil.
